Hello, my name is Blake and I have a great watch design for Rolex. I would love to get this idea in and designed before Christmas because it will be a popular watch. I know its almost Christmas, but I have been searching for the contact info for Rolex and I just found it! I would love to get this idea developed and if someone can contact me about this, then that would be a dream come true. I look forward to hearing from a representative at Rolex! In 2.016, I bought a Rolex Watch for my wife at LHR Airport, while waiting for a flight connection at the Rolex Boutique Watches of Switzerland Store, Departure Lounge, Terminal 5 (X.Dong@***s-of-Switzerland.co.uk, Unit 2039. The serial number of the watch is Z0D7 0456, model: Rolex Oyster Perpectual Datejust My wife choose a gold/steel watch but requested the attendant the Assistant Manager CASSIE *** to switch the bezel of the watch for a black/diamond one and also the bracelet for an Oyster gold/steel from the original one of the watch. She agreed and proceeded with the changes requested. She explained that because of these requested changes she would not be able to furnish the warranty card for the watch. She also said it would take some time since it would have to be issued by Rolex Headquarters in Geneve. We have been looking forward to receive this Warranty and Proof of Purchase for years with no success. Last year I went to see the manager of Watches of Switzerland at the Store locate in Oxford Street, Mr Jamie Loader and after two days he told they were unable to locate the Warranty and that I should address to Rolex in Geneve, and that is why I am contacting you. Thank you in advance for your attention.

Unresolved Rolex Watch UK purchase receipt

Rolex did not respond or gave any information. Unfortunately their representative in the UK simply said they could not locate my Rolex watch warranty and told me to talk to Rolex. Nobody assumes any responsability and as you know a Rolex Watch has no value if it does not have this warranty certificate.

Dear, Earlier this year, we wanted to buy a Rolex Day Date Oyster Perpetual Everose-gold (price 40.950). Unfortunately we weren't able to buy given the fact that the retailer didn't want to issue an invoice. Invoice needed for my management company and for the insurance. Is this company policy to not issue any invoice (what I doubt)? How can you help me to find the same watch with invoice? Thank you so much Eric De Neef

My watch was bought in 2017 and has been either slow or ahead since then. I sent it over for service multiple times and has had a total check once, but the problem has never been solved. They never accepted that it has a major problem. I would like it to be replaced with a brand new watch that works with precision and is worth the price.

I was put on the list for a new watch a few years ago. I was told to be patient & check back later. After two years, I checked back in with the authorized Rolex dealer & was told I am not on the list & I will not get the watch Im requesting. I left a detailed review on google & Yelp. The same day I left my reviews, this same authorized Rolex dealer reached out to a family member of mine to try & remove my review. I had never experienced such unprofessional behavior before. It is gross misconduct to reach out to members of my family to discuss personal interactions with my dealer. My reviews were professional & to the point. They were appropriately illustrated in detail & now I have a dealer trying everything they can to remove my honest review

I bought a Date Just three years ago with a five year warranty. It has been running slow since the day I bought it, but thought it would settle down. Well outside the +/- 2 seconds/day they advertise. My jeweler sent it to the Rolex service center in Dallas who said it wasnt covered under warranty due to a scratch that I wasnt aware of. They said they could fix it for $700. Last time I had my older Rolex serviced, they broke it. Will keep you updated.

Hi I recently bought a Rolex Explorer to 42 mil from watch master London new I recently got reading glasses and to my surprise found a flaw on the side of the casing looks like when manufactured not sure also the warranty card has a different name to mine but did buy this watch new how do I go about getting it looked at as cannot contact the retailer look forward to hearing from you thank you Steve Hurst
